Overview

The RCB400 T20-05 is an enterprise-ready, industrial-grade control board designed for the most demanding intelligent robotics, motion control, and AI-driven automation environments. Powered by the NVIDIA® IGX™ T5000 industrial module, it is ideally suited for mission-critical applications such as humanoid robots, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), smart manufacturing, and medical edge systems requiring high reliability and long-term availability. With built-in AI, motion control, and functional safety capabilities, the platform significantly shortens development cycles and accelerates time-to-market for safety-critical robotic solutions.

At its core, the RCB400 T20-05 integrates the NVIDIA IGX T5000 module, featuring a 14-core Arm® Neoverse®-V3AE CPU and a powerful NVIDIA Blackwell architecture GPU with 2560 CUDA cores and 96 fifth-generation Tensor Cores. This configuration delivers up to 2070 TFLOPS (FP4 – Sparse) of AI inference performance, empowering the system to handle complex multi-modal AI workloads efficiently. Distinct from standard modules, the IGX T5000 is engineered for industrial-grade durability and supports functional safety workloads via on-chip safety extensions and a dedicated Safety MCU, ensuring compliance with rigorous industrial safety standards.

To support a broad range of deployment scenarios, the RCB400 T20-05 offers rich and flexible I/O options, including: 2 x CAN FD for real-time communication and motion control networking, 4 x COM Ports supporting RS-232/422/485 serial interfaces, 4 x 25 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) ports for high-speed sensor fusion and networking, and 8 x GMSL ports for high-resolution cameras and synchronized sensor input. Additionally, the platform benefits from NVIDIA AI Enterprise software support and a 10-year hardware lifecycle, providing a stable and secure foundation for long-term industrial deployments.

The board also features an MCIO connector to interface with external I/O boards, enabling modular expansion to adapt to various system architectures.
